Xplorgo - Product Video

CAW worked with the team at Xplorgo to create this product-lifestyle video for their rooftop cargo carrier bag. This was one of those shoots that reminds us of why we love what we do. Not only did it allow us to spend a day out under the sun, but we were able to explore some epic locations that are just on our doorstep, around Auckland New Zealand.

This is a classic example of when a client has an idea in mind but needs help bringing that idea to life. CAW helped with taking the existing script, conceptualising and storyboarding. Together we worked on scouting locations that would best showcase the conditions and environment that the Xplorgo rooftop carrier bag is best suited for. We produced several videos including a 60s, 30s and smaller social cutdowns. This product-lifestyle video was used for web and social purposes, but also to showcase on their Amazon profile -  because 90% of users say that a short video featuring a product is helpful in making a purchasing decision.

This product is designed in NZ but is being sold on Amazon in the United States. “We blend manufacturing expertise, product science and practicality to design and develop our products. Then we rigorously test them in real world environments with our unique 15-point pressure test.”

We captured a Kiwi family using the carrier bag during a weekend getaway. Showcasing the rough weather conditions and environments that the bag can withstand.
