Fletcher Living – Real Estate and Lifestyle Videos

Video plays a huge part in marketing new real estate developments. It has the ability to capture audiences, create an immersive and interactive experience with the home, and show it off exponentially better than a still image would.

Over the last year, we have partnered with Fletcher Living to create content for their social and web platforms.

Fletcher Living has a new housing development located at Waiata Shores. The purpose was to showcase the lifestyle surrounding this neighbourhood and market this development as a family-friendly, community-spirited, safe and vibrant space with a range of beautiful newly built homes.

Another development we filmed recently was at Red Beach. The team wanted to create two real estate videos of their new 2 bed and 4 bedroom homes. Alongside this, they wanted to showcase the coastal lifestyle one can live when purchasing a new home at Red beach.

We have created two new lifestyle videos for their Hobsonville development as well as their Whenuapia development. We spent the day at the lovely Hobsonville point.  We filmed our talent walking along the boardwalk, eating at Fabric cafe, enjoying the night market as well as a meal at Little creatures. We did not film a lot of the development, as Fletcher Living wanted to showcase more around the lifestyle of living at Hobsonville point.

The entire project was filmed and edited in just over 3 days. They have since repurposed the footage to create social media clips for social media advertising. This is what makes video an amazing investment, you can repurpose that footage and use it across multiple video projects including your website, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

With the Whenuapai project, we had the challenge of the weather as it was raining all day. We decided to make the most of the weather and film in the rain. The idea was to show the buying process from start to finish. We filmed the talent first meeting with the agent and going over the different house packages. After that, the talent was taken on a tour of the newly built homes and finally a family living in one of the homes.

We love creating video content like this for our clients as it helps sell the lifestyle and gives the viewer a glimpse into their future.
