505 Construction required progress photos and videos of their new land development project, which is an early learning center in Haast Street, Remuera.
We were luckily brough in at the foundation stages and we captured the very start of the project with the view to return to site monthly to showcase the progress. We used drone videography and photography to capture the aerial shots along with other shots to keep it engaging and dynamic. The primary purpose of this content would be for web and social media.
A few key reasons you would want to capture progress shots of a land development project:
Visual Documentation
- Progress shots provide a clear, visual record of the project's development over time. This documentation is invaluable for tracking the evolution of the site, ensuring that the project stays on schedule, and identifying any potential issues early.
Client Transparency
- Sharing progress shots with clients builds trust by keeping them informed about the project's status. It demonstrates transparency and accountability, which are crucial in maintaining strong client relationships.
Stakeholder Communication
- Progress shots serve as an effective communication tool for stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies. Visual updates are often more impactful and easier to understand than written reports, helping stakeholders stay engaged and informed.
Marketing
- Progress shots can be used in marketing materials to showcase the development’s transformation. This can attract potential buyers, investors, or tenants by giving them a tangible sense of the project’s progress and potential.
Project Milestones
- Capturing key milestones through progress shots helps highlight significant achievements in the project. This can be motivating for the team and serves as a record of success that can be used in future promotional efforts.
Quality Control
- Regularly reviewing progress shots allows project managers and teams to monitor the quality of the work being done. It helps in identifying discrepancies or deviations from the original plan, ensuring that the project meets the required standards.
