Jive Media Africa, a renowned science and communications agency in South Africa, works closely with non-profit organisations, scientist and technology companies to tell stories demonstrating the impact of their work. This fundraising marketing video was produced to help get funding for the next development stage of the application and to show current investors how the application is making an impact in rural African hospitals. Jive Media Africa collaboration with U.S.-based Global Strategies and Lisa Butler (Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School) to developed the communication strategy and used participatory methods to gather these stories, script them and develop creative concepts. It was a rewarding project for the participants and the communications team alike and we were proud to be the production company on such an awesome project and to create this fundraising marketing video.
NoviGuide is a tablet-based clinical application that guides healthcare practitioners by providing step-by-step information related to the care of newborns. The application is the result of a unique collaboration between Global Strategies and Metrodigi, a leader in eBook development. Millennium development goals include reducing under-5 mortality from 62 deaths per 1000 births to less than 20 before the end of 2015.
